Great place to stay. Loved that we could walk to the Publix and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. In the third bedroom the curtains don't fit the window so the light comes through all the gaps. The bed in there is also a little small for an adult.

Cory's home was perfect for our family weekend in DC. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and easy to get in and out of for sure. Cory was also phenomenal at communicating and responding to any or all questions we had. I highly recommend this home for a DC visit. We will certainly stay there again the next time we go to DC.

The home was comfortable and met our needs, but what truly stood out was Cory’s empathy and kindness, he made us feel at home away from home. Had a great time. Very nice place/neighborhood. Easy walking to restaurants, subway, uber, stores. Cory was super helpful with any questions we had and recommendations of nearby spots. We'll definitely be back next trip.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described - clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 7. The location made it easy to get around DC and explore the city. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to check-in, and provided clear instructions that made everything smooth. We really appreciated the thoughtful communication and hospitality. Overall, a great experience, and highly recommend!

Staying at Cory's place was a great experience! The location was so close to everything from bars to beaches to shopping. The unit itself was so well thought out, quiet and had everything you could think of. We were able to cruise around the area but also hang out in the backyard and bbq (which was even easier since it was a 3 min walk to the grocery store!). Cory was a great host and gave some awesome suggestions and also checked in to make sure things were working out. One HUGE benefit for us was that there was an Enterprise right around the corner- I was able to save a decent amount of money by ubering to the airbnb (only 20 mins and not expensive) and walking to pick up the car to avoid the higher airport costs. Overall it was great, I'd 100% come back if I ever was in the area again.

Cory's place was great, exactly as described, very clean with a cute outdoor patio area that we used most evenings. The location was great with a grocery store a 2 minute walk away but amazingly the area is very quiet, the beach, shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Cory was very responsive to all communications, I was in town for a wedding Cory was able to supply an iron and ironing board that was there before I even arrived, which was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Fort Lauderdale area.

We loved everything about our stay! You are 50 yards from the grocery store. You can walk a couple of blocks to a brewery with great pizza. The back and side yard are perfect for morning coffee/tea and an ideal spot for evening cocktails and beer. The best part is that you are only an 8 minute walk from the War Memorial Auditorium, so you don't have to worry about parking or getting a ride if you are attending a concert.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cory's beautiful Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect-quiet yet conveniently close to Las Olas Blvd. The amenities provided were top- notch, including a well equipped kitchen, cozy bedding, and a lovely outdoor space. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this home for three days with our kids, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our family.Everything we needed was there — from kitchen supplies to furniture — all thoughtfully provided. The furniture was especially comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.What we appreciated the most is that everything was exactly as shown in the photos — nothing was exaggerated, which is rare and truly valuable.We were genuinely happy staying in this home, and if we come back again, we would gladly choose to stay here again.
