District Den is the lower-level unit of our Columbia Heights rowhouse, fully private with its own entrances. One bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a dedicated garage parking spot.
In a city where most guests pay $40 a night for parking, the garage is included. The Columbia Heights Metro is two blocks.
The unit is compact and well-equipped. Walk Score 99 means you can reach most of what you need without a car.
District Den can be booked as a standalone. When The Estate is booked as the full building, District Den is part of that reservation.
