The Heights occupies floors one through three of our Columbia Heights rowhouse. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a bonus loft on the third floor.
You get a dedicated garage parking spot, which is rare for DC. Walk Score is 99. The Columbia Heights Metro is a five minute walk.
We have hosted wedding parties, corporate retreats, and extended families here. The kitchen is built for real cooking. The loft is the kids' favorite.
The Heights can be booked as a standalone unit. When The Estate is booked as the full building, The Heights is part of that reservation.
