Monthly and Mid-Term Stays in Fort Lauderdale and Washington DC
We host stays of 30 nights and longer in all five of our homes. Same homes, same standards, monthly rate. Utilities, wifi and parking are included. There is no application portal and no leasing office. You message us, we quote your dates, and you deal with Meg or Cory the whole way through.
Who stays with us monthly
Snowbirds
Our Fort Lauderdale homes fill from December through April with guests escaping winter. Both are five minutes by car from the beach and eight from Las Olas, in a quiet residential neighborhood rather than a resort strip. Both are pet-friendly, because most people driving down for the season are not leaving the dog behind.
Traveling medical staff
We are 3.3 miles from Broward Health Medical Center and 4 miles from Holy Cross. Contracts are usually 13 weeks, which fits our minimum with room to spare.
Relocations and renovations
People moving to a new city, or staying put while their own house is torn apart. You need a real kitchen, a washer and dryer, and somewhere to put your things down for a few months.
Project-based work
Consultants, contractors and remote workers on a defined stint. Every home has fast wifi and at least one dedicated workspace, and The Retreat has two in separate bedrooms so two people can take calls at once.
What is included
Electricity, water, sewer, trash and wifi, subject to a reasonable usage cap written into the agreement.
A full kitchen with real cookware, not a starter set.
Hotel-quality mattresses and linens.
Towels, hair dryer and toiletries stocked at move-in.
Cleaning supplies.
Coffee.
Parking is included at every home and it is off-street. In Fort Lauderdale that means a private driveway. In Washington DC it means a dedicated garage space, which is genuinely rare in the city.
You do not pay a booking fee. Direct is the cheapest way to stay with us.

Green Cheetah
One bedroom, one bath, 500 square feet, sleeps two. A private suite with its own entrance and a large private yard. Not a room in a shared house. Publix and Walgreens are a one-minute walk. Washer and dryer on the premises. $2,900 per month May through November, $3,800 December through April.

Three bedrooms, two baths, 1,100 square feet, sleeps six. Whole house with a fenced 400 square foot patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and a driveway that fits four cars. We pet-sit our own dogs here. $4,900 per month May through November, $6,800 December through April.

Minimum stay is 30 nights. Longer is welcome and usually cheaper per month.
Message us with your dates, the city, and how many people. We will confirm availability and send an exact quote including the cleaning fee.
If it works, we send an agreement and take a deposit. Check-in is keyless.
We are Meg and Cory. We own and run all five homes ourselves. We are not a management company and there is no call center.
