This is a classic DC rowhome, and while the basement unit is fully private with its own separate entrances, it is part of a multi-level house. Noise can travel between floors, especially footsteps and voices from the upstairs unit. We ask all guests to be mindful of quiet hours, but if you are a particularly light sleeper or sensitive to ambient noise, this unit may not be the right fit. Great stay at Cory’s place. We were just all day with friends and found it an easy place to come back to. The parking is a major benefit that we didn’t expect given we also live in a city and we’re used to street parking, but street parking in this area seemed a bit challenging. We appreciated Cory’s quick response time and proactive communication.
