We had such a wonderful stay at this house. The residence was very conducive to two families with a great open layout first floor and tons of space for relaxing and hanging out with the kids. The third floor offers a bonus loft room where we sent the kids when we wanted some peace and quiet downstairs, which worked out perfectly! The beds were extremely comfortable in the area was nice. Sometimes it’s just about the little things, and they had some great details like make up towels, kitchen, supplies, hair dryers, etc. They’re wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive! Would highly recommend this stay

Cory and Megan were so accommodating, communicative, helpful, and inviting. Their home was exactly as advertised. For our large group, it was perfectly spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The location can't be beat - on a quiet, residential block, but near everything you could want in Columbia Heights and near the metro. Can't recommend the house enough!!

I came to this house for a work retreat with some of my teammates and it was a great space. Cory was very responsive to questions when they emerged and it's located near so many great restaurants. We had a great stay!

Cory was very accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage and park our vehicle in the garage several hours before check in. The three story house was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortably spacious, a perfect fit for our group of nine. The beds were soft and the towels were fluffy. It felt like a safe neighbor hood with a less than ten minute walk to the metro. We will highly recommend the House in Washington to anyone who asks.
