Great stay at Cory’s place. We were just all day with friends and found it an easy place to come back to. The parking is a major benefit that we didn’t expect given we also live in a city and we’re used to street parking, but street parking in this area seemed a bit challenging. We appreciated Cory’s quick response time and proactive communication.

Was a really cute spot in a very convenient location! I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the neighborhood as there are a few of dead ends/ no through traffic on some streets. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. The beds are quite firm but otherwise it’s a very comfortable stay. Would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. The residence was very conducive to two families with a great open layout first floor and tons of space for relaxing and hanging out with the kids. The third floor offers a bonus loft room where we sent the kids when we wanted some peace and quiet downstairs, which worked out perfectly! The beds were extremely comfortable in the area was nice. Sometimes it’s just about the little things, and they had some great details like make up towels, kitchen, supplies, hair dryers, etc. They’re wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive! Would highly recommend this stay

Cory and Megan were so accommodating, communicative, helpful, and inviting. Their home was exactly as advertised. For our large group, it was perfectly spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The location can't be beat - on a quiet, residential block, but near everything you could want in Columbia Heights and near the metro. Can't recommend the house enough!!

Private parking, great location, super close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Quite neighborhood, food everywhere walking distance. Very cute place to stay, slept very well. Appreciate the stay and would definitely revisit! 10/10

Cory and Megan have a very warm and cozy home with all the amenities that is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and loved the dishes, pots and pans, knife set as well as a hot tea appliance that heats water in seconds. In addition, they have glass containers vs. plastic for storing leftovers. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. It is nice that 2 of the closets also have dressers to put clothes away in, that you do not want to hang. My husband loved the outside grill as well, easy to run and temperature control was accurate. The backyard is small but very private and relaxing. It was nice to walk to Publix and Walgreens, very close by. They were immediately responsive when we communicated, very sweet couple. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Beautiful property that is exactly like the pictures. Cory was great with accommodating our larger party. Seamless communication from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area with a larger party.

I came to this house for a work retreat with some of my teammates and it was a great space. Cory was very responsive to questions when they emerged and it's located near so many great restaurants. We had a great stay!
